Mostly I'm curious whether he holds territory here or intends to.

Though he isn't interested in fighting, we know that we're demons and at the end of the day it is more beneficial to have an understanding between the four of us that are currently here than potentially lapse into some sort of conflict that could be challenging should anything arise later that may be made easier with cooperation.

.. Though I think a youko and daiyokai have about the same ability to get along as cats and dogs, but stranger things have happened.

He does not. He has no attachment to this place aside from liking a few select people in it, although he fought when the city was under attack in the past.

Oh. I forgot to mention before, but the city will pay you a generous amount of demi-chroma if you fight in those circumstances. It's a good way to conserve your Chroma.

What counts as 'generous'? And do they dock you if you end up destroying something in the process?

Enough to pay for food, clothing, and other expenses you might have for at least a couple of months. They do not dock you as long as you were fighting off enemies and take care to avoid hitting non-combatants.

[Tornadoes and wind blades aren't exactly mild for property damage.]

I value my freedom too much to bother with territory beyond my apartment and the house I bought in Amegahara.

Hm. I'll consider it if the opportunity arises.

I was looking at Lystellus myself. I thought perhaps I'd be making frequent trips to Amegahara but apparently the foxes there aren't to a certain liking.

Being mischievous is just how youkos are. The cult I haven't run in to, though.

A little under three months now. There was a concert that some of the cultists attacked.

I don't know if they still have them since they are somewhat rare, but the first time they showed up to make trouble for the Moonblessed, they used cuffs that can suppress powers on people they kidnapped to sacrifice to their god.
